Not Just Fancy, Superfancy

Oh housing... Evidently, when the housing bubble was blowing (or being blown), so in fact, was the Papyrus bubble. We had this, and this. Well now, there's this:

Oh man... The first one is obviously awesome. It came from the Historic College Park Neighborhood Association's website. All those words are a lot less clunky set in Papyrus.

That second one is just a shot off of an Apartment finder site. They made Papyrus even fancier by squishing it down to about 60% of it's height, which sounds bad to say, but I think that sign speaks for itself.
