Carrie, who found this which lead to this, sent another photographer’s totally original watermark.
Letter from an adoring fan
Annie writes:
Hi Joe,
I assure you that I am not without a sense of humor, and I actually find your ‘Anti-Papyrus’ blog’s snarky nature rather funny. However, I’d like to request that you remove my photo. It depicts an elderly woman holding an infant(Photo By Gannon). Here is the direct page:http://www.iheartpapyrus.com/post/11947422145/photos-by-gannon-watermark-by-papyrus-that-drop. Many thanks!
Cheers,
Annie Gannon Kaufman
So I wrote:
Just outta curiosity, any particular reason?
To which she replied.
Reasons? The tone of the blog isn’t exactly a positive one. If this was a blog highlighting the work that I do it wouldn’t be a problem, however I would expect to be asked for permission to use a copyrighted image. Also being in this business for over 13 years, and being very established/respected I’m not so keen on the use of the word ‘amateur’. How’s that?
Thanks Joe!
Best,
Annie
So, I’m gonna leave it up.
“Sh*t Nobody Says”
Thanks Matt!
Brandon sent this back when it was relevant:
Was going through pics of Dragon Con and saw these two with Papyrus. Oh and there’s a big sister for you too. I don’t remember that from last year. Thought you’d like it.
Thanks B. (I think it’s just sort of a sad big daddy)
Never too late to say “thanks.” (Taken with instagram)
I thought “fiesta” was spanish?
Thanks, Kristina for sending this!
Papyrus loves the Presbyterian Church….and the gays!
